Good thing I have a friend who never gets tired of helping me out. I invaded Amer's condo the day before my mom's birthday and was glad to see all of the ingredients all set, waiting for the neophyte baker. Ehem-ehem.
The last photo with the pink swirls on it is the icing. It was the cutest part of the baking shall I say.
Tasting the mixture we made and it was so yummy! Thumbs up!
Even the 'lil one is WOW-ing. :D
We then placed it to the oven for 30 minutes and Amer made a carrot shake while waiting.
Pretty view from Amer's condo. Parkmall and St. James Park.
Stealing Amer's precious ingredients. :D
Claire with the cool wall.
Here goes the freshly baked cake! It was sooooo yummy that I almost forgot my mom's birthday and just want to eat it right then and there.
Went straight to Caro and Marie after leaving Amer's flat to buy some sprinkles.
Trust me, it was very yummy! It really does makes a difference if you bake it wholeheartedly. All the efforts and hard works are worth it every single bite.
Happy birthday, mom! :)
Special thanks to Hammer-time Cupcakery for the big help! For orders of cakes and cupcakes, don't hesitate to hit the link above. :)
